I think she might have sent a different work email, with an excuse for not attending the training at 1pm.

The accused has blamed the deaths on Jinn. Something is definitely fishy. Like, maybe, his reasoning and his inability to admit responsibility.

Please read the news carefully and with open mind!
Here We are discussing our thoughts and view point.
Accused didn’t blame the incident on jinn or sprit.
His condition was describe in the court. “What happened with him in the cell and during investigation”
did he used the words that jinn/ spirit did it?

Exorcism proven throughout the world, we cannot deny such things presence.

Any news or information should be study very carefully. Views shouldn’t be the perception base.

‘Ancient spirit’ lived at home of murdered doctor and daughter, court hears
''Mr McLachlan said: “There had been a crude attempt to deflect blame from himself onto Vian Mangrio. We submit she did not kill her mother and then did not go on to kill herself.

“Both deaths, we submit, and it is for you to determine, were down to the man in the dock – and they were not killed by supernatural spirits either.

“Was it real in his head that he threw himself across his cell to his bed or was it a feeble attempt to pretend there was something wrong with his mental state?

“He appears to blame the jinns. He appears to blame Vian Mangrio. He tried his best to get away from the blame.”

Khan, of Ribble Avenue, Burnley, denies two counts of murder and one count of arson being reckless as to whether life was endangered.

Yes , the prosecution saying that SK wrote on wall and become jinn and he did it.
SK denied it.

Does anyone know if there's cctv footage available from inside SK's cell (to show if he "threw himself across his cell to the bed")? Long shot I know

I don't think they would willy-nilly take this man to court. They have evidence that the court will hear. Looking up will DNA show on a burned body - IMVHO means he likely raped them both and didn't want his DNA to be found. Even IF there are such things as spirits, I would like someone to name even one defendant that has been able to use that excuse successfully to get out of a conviction (other than an insanity plea). This man is trying hard to not take responsibility even though he knowingly killed these two beautiful people. He planned the attack as evidenced by the doctor being drugged before being attacked. Such a sad case when anyone takes the life of another human!

I'm betting that he will NOT take the stand in his own defense. That is his right, of course, but I doubt seriously his lawyer/s would advise him that testifying in his own behalf is a good move.

If he raped They could find DNA from Dr’s body, but they are failed to find his DNA. That’s why they removed the rape charges.

And if he planned it so well, what could be t motive behind it?
motive still not clear.

He pleaded not guilty , If he is honest and didn’t do it. I bet he will NEVER accept, whatever things around him presented negatively.

Truthful honest people will NEVER accept and go till last step. This proves their truthfulness.

Just as a matter of discussion, had he raped either victim wearing a condom there wouldn't be DNA evidence. I'm not saying he did. I'm saying that would negate finding DNA evidence.
