Many thanks Legally for the link and Supernovae for the on line version ( which I didnt see until I had worked hard on enlarging the paper one ! ).
I am surprised the media are getting away with this, but no doubt they have checked before they printed ( ha ha, did I really just type that ).
The trial didnt get huge coverage ( not compared with some we have followed ) so perhaps this article wont have the impact it might have had for a different person.

An Army sergeant accused of trying to kill his wife by tampering with her parachute appeared at the Old Bailey today (mon). Yeah, that seems a possibility.Do you think it could just be because that is the location of Justice Sweeney for some other trial he is involved in at the moment?
