I read that most of the staff did not want to go to Sandringham because they have homes/families in Windsor and/or they are close to retirement age and do not wish to up sticks and move.

Best they hire some locals in Norfolk, has to be someone who’d make the guy a sandwich now and again.

It would not surprise me to find out that Andrew is ‘not well’.

The RF has often gone to great lengths to hide certain illnesses.

If he’s gone barmy, it won’t be made public. IMO, MOO

They refused to work with him because he is notoriously verbally abusive to staff.

Yep, there's the trade envoy financial mess, as predicted. None of this is just "Oh, that Randy Andy, what a spoiled brat." It's much bigger, imo.
