As for the ‘end for the Royal Family’, I suspect that will happen in the not too distant future due to lack of bodies.

With second son gone, William has lost his main line of support as a monarch.

There are many less cousins to step up, will they want to? Etc.

‘You need to be seen to be believed’ is a truism and I doubt it will continue for many more generations.

The cousins are now already wealthy, educated people who may want to lead their own lives.

The world is just a bigger place with much different values and this will just peter out naturally.

If one adds in the anti monarchy sentiment and resentment, it just gets worse.

I’ve always thought that once QE II had died, they (children & grands) should just retire to private life.

MOO, IMO

The immaterial are the immaterial, Starmers recent trade visit to China shows the royalty are not important to trade, Rand Andy used and abused his position , Charles is not his brothers keeper but he's from the same ilk.

He had/ has form.

His past scandals, however, span more than 50 years, beginning at school in the 1970s when he was caught in the girl’s boarding house at Gordonstoun. The incident earned him the nickname “Randy Andy”.

"As well as the Afghan document,
Andrew also seems to have sent the disgraced financier official reports from his visits as a trade envoy to Singapore, Hong Kong and Vietnam,
according to emails in the Epstein files.

Emails in the files raise the possibility Andrew shared further trade documents with Epstein.

One message indicates that a few seconds after sending the reports from the South East Asia visits,
the former prince then sent a second batch of files called 'Overseas bids'.

Sir Vince Cable, who was business secretary at the time, described sharing the (Afghan) briefing as
'appalling behaviour'.

Sir Vince,
who was seen as instrumental in ending Andrew's time as trade envoy,
called for more transparency on Andrew's time as trade envoy."

I don't get it
why she always seemed to be in debt??? 🤔
If you have no discernible source of income, and insist on living the lifestyle of the rich and famous, then massive debt is usually the result!

Andrew and Fergie were perfectly matched, really, as they are both unbelievably, heroically stupid!
