All they will say he’s vulnerable, which applies to all people who just run off with no warning and vanish. The way the social media posts state there Seems to have been so much more police interaction regarding Harry than other missing people in that area. Why is that? He may have planned this and just wants to be left in peace

Which one was thatHe’s been missing for too long already
There was recently another case in UK regarding an elderly man who went missing after leaving a note that he was suffering from a panic attack. It didn’t end well.
I’m afraid it doesn’t look too good at all for Harry, either. I do hope I’m mistaken!
Not one sighting confirmed since he ran off. His son chased him but could not keep up. Someone asked if he was ever actually there on a Facebook group about it but they got reprimanded and swiftly removed from the group.

So this gentlemen was suffering from dementia and did leave a note but not exactly to say he was about to harm himself. Harry apparently gave no indication whatsoever to his family that he was going to run off. He had a panic attack according to the story but to be having a panic attack and outrun his son who said he couldn’t keep up?
And one story said going to walk dogs - other said going to visit friends
The fb group for him is just urging people to share the appeals. Any questions or suggestions made on it seem to be deleted. Some suggestions may be useful but unable to make them for fear of them being removed or getting blocked off the group

It’s either one or more of these things:
Official Story is legit and Harry ran away, harmed self or was harmed
Official Story is slightly legit but he is on the run from his family.
Harry’s Family had something to do with his disappearance and the official story is cover.
Harry’s Family helped him disappear for his and/or their safety.
Police are protecting reputation in some way?

UPDATE | A body found in Bridgnorth Road in #Telford earlier this week is believed to be missing man Harjinder ‘Harry’ Takhar.
The discovery was made in an isolated woodland area off Bridgnorth Road in Telford shortly before midday on Monday 23 January.
While formal identification hasn’t taken place yet, officers believe it to be Harry and his family has been informed.
Harry, 58, from Telford, has been missing since the morning of Sunday 2 October 2022.
Detective Inspector Jo Whitehead, who led the enquiries into Harry’s disappearance, said: “This is a sad outcome to what has been a challenging and emotional search, but I’m pleased that Harry’s family now have some closure.
“I’d like to thank the public for their incredible response to our appeals to locate Harry and all the information that they provided to us during our enquiries.
“Harry’s family have asked me to express their sincere thanks for the support they have received from the community since Harry’s disappearance, and have asked that their privacy is respected at this distressing time.”
Harry’s death is not being treated as suspicious.

A widow has paid tribute to her husband after a four-month search for him ended in tragedy. Harjinder 'Harry' Takhar's widow, Ran Takhar, also thanked the thousands of people who joined an online campaign to find the dad-of-four.
A fundraising page has now been launched in memory of the 58-year-old, from Telford, after a body was found in woodland almost four months after he went missing. The family hopes to raise £50,000 for mental health charity Mind. The page has already received over £3,000 so far today.
Harry's widow, Ran Takhar, posted on the Facebook group saying: "I would like to take this opportunity to thank every single one of you for the ongoing love and support you have shown our family throughout this extremely difficult time. We are overwhelmed and humbled by the number of people who have rallied around us over the last four months. Your prayers and kind hearts have built this family’s strength, and for that we will forever be grateful.

I’ve been thinking about Harry. We need emergency mental health departments in A&Es fit for purpose available 24hrs a day. When a person is in crisis, they need specialist help just like a heart attack. But there’s nothing. Phone lines aren’t any good in a crisis situation. You need physical assistance.
Regards Harry, was he sat in the woods all that time and died of starvation or was it suicide? How would he have done it in such a panic?

“Harry was many things; a loving husband, a father to four children (and two beautiful Labradors - Maxwell & Jack), and a die-hard Leeds United fan. Above all, Harry had a glowing aura and was a source of inspiration to everyone he crossed paths with in his life. He lived life to the fullest, in the present moment, and taught those surrounding him to recognise the beauty in themselves, others, and the wonderful world in which we all live.
“There are moments which we'll hugely miss, such as Harry's singing and dancing outbursts in the kitchen, the stories he would share about his travels around India, and the cups of tea he would brew to perfection.
