1st July - at 4.30pm a body is found in a field off Carlton /Turvey Road in Bedfordshire.
5th July - Bedfordshire police announce murder enquiry
Det Ch Insp Rob Hall said officers were "working hard to establish the full circumstances leading up to this death".
"We know that people may go walking in these fields and we would urge anyone who has been in this area over the past week or so to come forward," he said.
"We are also asking people who may have been driving along Carlton Road into Turvey Road, or used a layby or garage in the surrounding area, on Wednesday or Thursday (30 June or 1 July) to share their dashcam footage with us, as it could contain something helpful for our investigation."
7th July - Kamil's name is released to the public. He lived at Knox Road in Wellingborough, has been in the UK for 10 years and has no family here.

“We are working to establish his movements leading up to 1 July, and we are extremely keen to speak to anyone who knew Kamil, or saw in him in the days before.

8th July - Police announce a Northamptonshire man has been arrested and roadblocks are set up on Carlton / Turvey Road to question drivers.
DS Simmons said: “We have made one arrest late yesterday evening, and a male is currently in custody at a police station in Bedfordshire, and we have a number of searches underway in Bedfordshire and Northamptonshire at this time.”
The last known sighting of Kamil was on CCTV in Wellingborough at around 10am on Sunday, June 27.
We are working to establish his movements leading up to 1 July, and we are extremely keen to speak to anyone who knew Kamil, or saw in him in the days before.
“No matter how short your sighting or conversation was, I would encourage you to please get in touch.”
He added: “Our activity today is trying to trace anyone who may have driven through this area last week, seen anything or captured any footage.
“While we have made an arrest in the case, we are continuing to appeal for anyone with any information, whether you know Kamil, have knowledge of his whereabouts or movements last week, or if you have any knowledge of the area where his body was found, to get in touch.
“No piece of information is too small. Our murder investigation is going through a painstaking process to establish what happened to Kamil and if you can help in any way, please get in touch.”
July 12th - the Northamptonshire man arrested is bailed.
July 21st - 2 more people arrested and bailed.
On Wednesday (July 21) officers from the Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire Major Crime Unit (MCU) arrested a man in his 40s and a man in his 30s, both from the Northamptonshire area, in connection to the incident.
Det Supt Ian Simmons, from MCU, leading the investigation, said: “While we have made two further arrests in the case, we are continuing to appeal for anyone with any information to come forward.
“We are keen to speak to anyone who knew Kamil, had knowledge of his whereabouts in the lead up to July 1, or if you have any knowledge of the fields where his body was found.
One man has been released on bail and the second was released under investigation, as police enquiries continue.
