That is a really odd missing person notice.
Like they only want people who knows him to keep an eye out.
Weight/ height/ body type?
Clothing? Tattoos?
Whereabouts in Beaconsfield? What time?

Also, I think that picture may be at least 15 years old, if the K Lynn FB accounts I found are his (same glasses, hairline, ears).

It does feel a bit odd, half-hearted, with little of the usual physical description, where last seen etc.
