Raglan Street is where someone lives? Or close to the park?
Sounds as though they are speaking to PR's neighbours.

I can’t post a link because it’s not MSN, but it’s been bugging me what particular kind of sports outfit he is wearing in the cctv as the socks/ shorts combo are distinctive. At first I thought boxing or football but I’ve just seen a photo a mental health charity posted about a charity run in January. They are based on Beverley Road. Seeing the outfits made me realise there’s a very good chance he’s in running gear.

Am i correct in thinking that his P.A.C.E clock refers only to questioning and detention on the suspicion of abduction?
If he was released today then immediately arrested on suspicion of murder...seperate charge-new P.A.C.E clock?
Have you seen something new? I can't seem to find what you are referring to?
I haven't posted on here before as I've been hoping and hoping that poor Libby will still be found alive. The fact the police are using infra red cameras is giving me new hope. Someone mentioned trafficking as a possibility, is it possible the chap in the cctv was actually waiting for someone else to arrive and help him snatch Libby, maybe even another woman, might be an accomplice gets in the front seat and not Libby?

Police are using what looks like a camera to check drainpipes down Raglan Street.
The car park looks convenient for privacy late at night. Other than that the area looks very open, with minimal tree coverage in places. Hard to imagine a body laying undiscovered for 10 days.Bude Park is 3.6 miles from where LS was last seen. I don't recall any reports of police searching that far out as of yet but I may be wrong..

Is that the rainwater pipes they're checking? What kind of thing would end up in there?
Would helicopters and lots of police the adequate response to someone in the park finding a body? I hope to God that isn’t the case, just wondering if that would be part of the procedure of something like that.
I'm really hoping she is still alive too, and you make a very valid point about trafficking. Money would be involved in that too.
Bit of a wild guess, but maybe he’s thrown something up there thinking it’s one place the police will never think to look, and he could potentially recover it later. Is that the rainwater pipes they're checking? What kind of thing would end up in there?

Interesting thought.
I think ( am not 100% on this ) that if he was released at 96 hours and then immediately re arrested on suspicion of murder, that would not work. Any half decent defence solicitor would argue that the police must have already had some evidence to bring this new charge before the 96 hours expired and that they should therefore have questioned the suspect re this evidence during the 96 hour time frame.
Likewise, if he was released on bail ( so still under investigation in connection with LS ) and then brought back in on a murder charge ( as opposed to just abduction ) I think they would not be allowed any further question time and would have to go directly to charging him.
However, if he was released without any charge, free to go, then yes, am sure he could be brought back and charged with the more serious crime of murder and the clock starts again.
