She obviously was in a terrible state : Student Tom Tully saw her as the taxi dropped her home and describes her falling over a couple of times. And too drunk to be on her own.
Libby Squire - Cops recover lipgloss, hammer and screwdriver as mum says student, 21, DID make it home before vanishing
When the driver who stopped to ask her if she needed help it is reported that she had falled of the bench and was sitting or lying in the snow , obviously she looked visibly in distress and need of help , bad enough that a passing motorist would stop.
The most simplistic version is that she was completely out of it on alcohol and not thinking or behaving rationally , completely vulnerable.
The tragedy is that she refused more than one offer of help from well meaning people but seems to have gone with PR , presumably quasi willingly, altho in her condition she wasnt in a fit state to make good decisions..
Years ago I woke up one night hearing a woman screaming and I thought it sounded like a woman being badly assaulted so I woke up my friends and they thought it did too. We couldn't make out which direction it was coming from so we all went out and went round the streets looking for where the screaming sounds were coming from. And it turned out it was a fox!If I heard that i would think animal noise for sure. I have heard cats before and thought it was a crying baby.

My partner who is a solicitor has said when March 11th comes around, PR will most likely be released on bail or get a suspended sentence, especially if he has no previous criminal record.
Like I’ve said previously, I really don’t think PR is responsible for the whereabouts of Libby.
Does anyone know if there’s any find Libby Facebook groups set up? I can’t find anything.

If this kid had never heard a screaming fox before he could definitely mistake it for a screaming woman, like I did!
On YouTube there are a few examples of screaming foxes if anyone wants to look and see what they think!
Someone posted that info on here a while ago I think. They said they were a local and people around the area said they heard that she had cut herself and was lying on the floor. There was no link to any msm reports so it must have been a local rumour. Also if she had been in that situation the person that pulled over would have called an ambulance I thinkI can’t see where’s she’s fallen off bench in snow ? Is it on this article and I’m being dumb ? Thanks
Do you think that smoking guy in the cctv is NOT P?

The 15 minutes of screams came from the park, which was probably otherwise deserted at that time of night. The man who heard them then saw a man dressed very lightly given the cold - consistent with the CCTV guy - running away.An extended sexual assault in a built up area with the victim screaming does not really happen. In a secluded area in the middle of nowhere or in a building, yes. No rapist or murderer is that stupid to assault someone over a period of 15 minuets while they scream with houses and public around imo.
The only brazen attacks like that I can recall is something like Sally Anne Bowman pretty much on the drive of her house but she was stabbed and almost dead, if not dead when the sexual assault happened.

Probably some park walker scared of the creepy fox noises!Ahh good point paddy the source is a child. what about the running man though?
Wouldn't the multiple burglary charges count as the first offence and subsequent offences? Then the voyeurism and public decency charge another offence, you can get up to 9 months just for that one.

I'm not sure about the running man. It depends on the age of the witness I think. Creepy noises in the park makes the imagination run wild if you're young! I don't know how well lit the park was and how possible it would be to clearly see someone running.
Also did he only see the man sprinting for 40 yards ? How many seconds would that take to run?
