No it was another. In a few of the MSN. Now cannot find it at all.

in fact I'm not sure if it anything to do with the piper but they issued a warning for their customers to inform about fake taxis.

Was it the one where a man (on foot? on bike?) approached a woman but then his mate blocked off her path in his car so she couldn't get past? Something like that?

Erm I’ll havw to disagree with you there.. I think the police owe us a very in depth explanation, especially to the people who live in hull and may be within walking distance of a sexual predator!!

If that could hinder the charging of said predator then no, they do not.

This is the charge list for PR. @Cherwell - at the bottom it said he has pleaded not guilty already

Anyway. A quick look at a map tells me most of the addresses are very near each other, and very near PR's home (nowt like sh*tting on your own doorstep, as the saying goes). Is anyone familiar with this area? is it known for being a bit dodgy?

The full charges put to PR
  • Between December 7 and December 10, 2017, you entered as a trespasser to a property in Raglan Street and stole therein of a value unknown three vibrators.
  • On January 19, 2019, in a public place namely Wellesley Avenue, you committed an act outraging public decency by behaving in an indecent manner by masturbating in a public place.
  • Between December 1 and December 4, 2017, in Hull, namely Lambton Street, you entered as a trespasser and stole therein a PlayStation 4 console, a controller and £25 in cash.
  • Between January 25 and January 28, 2019, you entered as a trespasser in Ventnor Street and stole a computer laptop, a Kindle, a speaker, a quantity of sex toys, condoms, knickers and photographs.
  • On July 23, 2017, in Edgecumbe Street, you observed another person doing a private act knowing that person did not consent to being observed for your sexual gratification.
At 10.50am, he pleaded not guilty to all the charges against him.

Everything that happened when Pawel Relowicz appeared in court

Didn't he move there in 2017? Is there any information from York or Poland do you know? (I'm not sure that would be disclosed would it?)

Yes! Hallelujah! Man on bike, balaclava. Blocked off by a fake taxi. I don't remember what is said how they knew it was a fake taxi but it definitely said that.

Since this LS thing I've been told that all the night clubs, including Piper's, are offering phone charging points and are making sure people get into proper licensed cabs. The proper cabs, like the one she initially used, are tracked. And if you order them they send the reg and driver's name. But I'm wondering how many 'unregistered' cabs are about. My kids have been told to only use licensed cabs. I hadn't heard about the Piper's thing so either my child elected not to worry me or they hadnt heard

I may be wrong, but I don't think there has been a plea hearing yet. Isn't that what's happening next month?

11th March at Hull Crown Court Cherwell.

yes especially as it could bring out false witnesses too . how would they be able to validate the witnesses if everyone knows specific details.

I don't think anything has been discussed or any reports of his past ..I imagine this is not just some new thing he has taken up all off a sudden.

Cheers, I was wrong though as he has indeed already entered pleas. This will be the actual hearing, I guess

I reckon it is the plea hearing next month

Not to mention the potential jury!

I'd say what's happening is fairly typical of how police conduct many investigations like this (judging by the dozens of UK cases I've followed here).

Pretty sure they have their man.

He has only entered a plea at the Magistrate's Court so far AFAIK. He is entitled to change his plea before the Crown Court, and indeed up until the trial I think.

ETA Glad to be corrected if inaccurate :)

Doubtful if it is being contested?

My guess is the crown will file it's full case and if contested it will be set down for trial?

I kind of feel like if PR is not guilty with regards to Libby, then an accident is still quite feasible. Not seeing any other likely candidates so far anyway...but jmo.

Has there been much discussion on how PR's original charge sheet announced by Humberside Police featured an offence of "voyeurism" on 26 December 2018...but how this charge did not appear to be presented in court.

Some of you may know that this date (26 Dec 2018) matches up with quite a high profile allegation of a man doing an act and then watching some people through a window on Ella St, of which a funny e-fit was drawn - causing a lot of attention (look it up if you don't know).

When in court, PR was still charged with one count of "voyeurism" but the date had changed to 23rd July 2018 on Edgecumbe Street. This date/place was not mentioned on the original Humberside Police statement of the charges.

Thoughts?

EDIT: This is the story about the "creepy flasher", for anyone who doesn't already know.

Women traumatised by creepy flasher outside home release 'E-fit'

A group of us contacted hull live earlier and they’ve been really helpful in relaying our concerns to the police

I agree with this to an extent. The extent is whether I need to be concerned if a predator is on the loose. Should I be concerned? Can they give the local community, notably females and people who care about them, any reassurances?

We have no idea if this was an accident, if they genuinely believe they have the right suspect, or if they think a perpetrator may still be out there. If it's the latter, IMHO, they have a duty to tell us.
But you don't ever know who or what is 'out there' why not be careful just in case?
