There was discussion on the last board about NB having wired headphones in old photos and then discussion of perhaps she has AirPods now. either way this needs to be dug into further. If she had wired headphones, why haven’t they been found? They should have been w the phone since it was still connected to the call. If she had AirPods, digital phone forensics should be able to determine when they were out of range of the phone and disconnected from the call(and the audio would have defaulted back to the phone earpiece). You can’t track the actual AirPods, only the case so that wouldn’t be helpful. I want to see this explored further.
I'm sure the police will look at this, they obv don't release every bit of information

I guess Willow's ball was thrown into the lower field before Nikki disappeared from view
Ball has never been found has it? Very precious to Willow....... suspicious IMO

Ah, thanks for that info. So the dog was normally off-lead and harness during the walk? That changes how I try to put the events together in my thinking.
Yes, no problem

Flight radar not showing any helicopters in the area, so I would assume police.

(Didn't catch his involvement in the case) But the guy said he wasn't sure if the helicopter was "one of ours" or media so you could be onto something there, good idea to look on flight scanner!

Press conference this afternoon has just been mentioned by a guy being interviewed on Sky News.
I Can hear a helicopter overhead during the interview and it sounds like its hovering so could be media?
Oh..
Maybe just a planned presser..

''Police today cordoned off a car park and footpath nine miles downstream from where missing mother-of-two Nicola Bulley disappeared a week ago.

Officers have taped off Skippool Creek car park in Poulton-le-Fylde, Lancashire, with investigators wearing white forensic suits seen carrying away bags of evidence.

Lancashire Police have not yet disclosed what is happening at the site, which is bordered by a narrow tributary of the River Wyre''.

''Howard Millington, a former police detective with a 30-year career at Greater Manchester Police, has called her case 'very unusual' and 'very concerning'.

In an interview with Sky News, he said: 'It will have been quickly escalated, I've no doubt. Lancashire Police have spared no expense in resourcing this properly.'

Looking at the location that has been taped off - it’s a car park - it looks as though the forensics lady is coming out of the car park with the bag of evidence not coming from the river wyre tributary. Anyone else? Maybe someone spotted something in the car park that borders with the Thornton Cleveleys cricket club. Interesting that the police said from the start she has links to Thornton Cleveleys?! Search for missing mother Nicola Bulley: Police seal off car park

We lost our home to a fire. I relate completely to NBs partner’s comments in the interview this morning about feeling like you are ‘in a dream’. A surreal feeling that went on for weeks that this can’t be happening to you. It felt exactly like being in a dream. Not a nightmare, though it was one.

Yes, but previous statements claim that Willow was initially discovered "running loose" by the first walker (from the caravan park), who didn't have time to stay with her but secured her to the bench.
The caravan park
I've been saying that needs checking

If dog was off lead and harness at time of Nicola going missing, why would someone put it back on.
I suspect that she had him on lead and she lost him. perhaps during an abduction.

looking at the new photos of the car park,I know those police bags with the orange tops, it looks like there are about four inside the larger bag, so several smaller items, JMO

That looks to me like ankle boot size? She was reported to be wearing green ankle wellies in the information released by police.

Could be. My thoughts are though if they were to find something that significant, they could keep the area closed in case there's more. They haven't been there long enough to do a thorough search IMO
