ETA it was Baby PRe The discussion of WhatsApp with the colleague heard in evidence yesterday; allocating baby I to different nurse each shift etc. Can anyone recall which baby LL had stated in her police report about the parents wanting continuity of care? Is this the same case with the sympathy card?

The funeral of Child I takes place on November 10. At 7.34am that day, Letby has a photo taken of a sympathy card she has written for the parents. The card is titled 'Your loved on will be remembered with many smiles'. It adds, in Letby's handwriting, 'Lots of love, Lucy x' on the front.
On the back, Letby has a handwritten message, in which she wrote: "There are no words to make this time any easier.
"It was a real privilege to car for [Child I] and get to know you as a family - a family who always put [Child I] first and did everything possible for her..."
The message concludes with Letby saying she was sorry she could not attend the funeral.

Yes, parents of a different baby being transported out that night. I think it's to show character of LL, could be seen to be disapproving of the mother.Possibly implying the parents were having sex (I'm assuming in the parents' accomodation at the hospital) Don't know how It's relevant though
That is SO unprofessional. Nurses say all sorts to each other, as you can imagine, but to put this in a message??Possibly implying the parents were having sex (I'm assuming in the parents' accomodation at the hospital) Don't know how It's relevant though
