Adorable until he gets his head eaten after coitus.

I just wanted to add that I know that the hospital comes over really badly because of this case, but my family has used the hospital many times in the last couple of years (unfortunately, due to my husband's poor health) and I have nothing but praise for the treatment he has rereceived.
I read this hospital has undergone complete overhaul.
And the management is new.

It is a different place now.
Good!

Couldn’t dig into this case as young kids myself and too gnarly. Great discussions read from afar though. Enjoying Azor on the beach too!

I’m sure she will be given a guilty verdict over at least one death - agree with others the insulin deaths are the most direct evidence of external harm and interference.

IMO she absolutely caused these deaths and has lied and lied and lied time and again. Air embolism is such an instantaneous circulatory arrest and she was at the cotside. It really is the most utterly bizarre situation.

I’m in shock all 12 made it to deliberations. I think they should all get a week in Hawaii when it’s all over.
But not holidaying together - they must be sick of the sight of each other by now.

Maybe they feel the judge's summary is the least biased one. During the trial, the attorneys had an agenda.

Or maybe they need to really agree on a way to organize their discussions and feel rereading it together would ensure all of the most important points are discussed.
I think it is likely the bolded portion above---They want to work from an organised set of charges and relevant facts, so they can discuss it all together, point by point. At least that's what I am hoping.

I can totally see this going into August!
I don't think the jurors want it to go on that long. They could be eager to get back to their own lives already. JMO

If I were a foreperson hehe
I would decide to work in groups.

Each group would find all relevant info about some Babies.

Then we will share and discuss each case.

But Im not sure if it is allowed.

JMO
I don't think that is allowed. They are not allowed to even discuss the case unless every member is present.

They probably are eager to get back to some normality but they also have a duty of care and responsibility to get this right however long it takes. I don’t envy them at all.

I've read news stories that jurors feel quite lost when it ends and struggle to slot back into normal life. My mother was on a jury for just 5 days and said they bonded and she felt a little sad saying goodbye. Imagine what it's like for these jurors. I expect some will stay in touch for life

What do you want to bet they will come back with a verdict in 30 mins @Tortoise will win the sweepstake and she will have finished the Graduation to be outside court for the verdict on her way back to Piccadilly?!
I think that would be very fitting tbh !

  • #496
not gonna happen with all due respect. At least a week to finalise the decisions. Would Be great for tortoise though.

NOOOOOOO!!!! If they are counting lunchtime that will mess up the sweepstake. What will we do?

  • #499
I think it’s best just to deduct from the total an hour for every day. They might include it, we need not.
