Not sure if message went through, but if one wish some pictures of the case google it and go to "images". Although pictures can deceitful one way or the other. Let's wait what the news on the verdict tell us.
Hi There . I meant trials are supposed to find the truth whenever possible. Whoever sees the smiley pics, as you said, could judge otherwise. Hence trials obviously must get as much information as possible.I'm not quite sure what you're trying to say but Yeah the images I see are certainly interesting and to me the smiley gentle pictures absolutely explain why the early threads here were very pro LL, well that and the absolute mess the nhs has been in.
Perhaps not entirely relevant to the charges at hand, I would love to hear more details about CEO Tony Chambers' direct communications with Letby. I recall one (email/text/ conversation) exchange that was produced as evidence in court. CEO Chambers advised Letby that she would have a grievance hearing? It seemed somewhat more friendly in tone than an official notice, did I mistakenly recall that she referred to Tony by his first name? I hope someone else recalls the exact quote and can repost. And who selected Letby for the fundraising campaign? Not relevant and yet I would like to get a better idea of the culture. As per request by someone else, here's the pictures (drawing) of the trial and herself and sources. Sources Daily Mail 14 July 2023. My point is posted below (in a nutshell, looks can be deceitful).
I think it’s a chat bit.Or coherently?
I think that was the day I was in court. Was that the last day of cross examination? I seem to recall Mr Johnson quoting a text from “Tony the union rep” could that correct ?Perhaps not entirely relevant to the charges at hand, I would love to hear more details about CEO Tony Chambers' direct communications with Letby. She does sound honestly indignant, doesn't she?
I think an innocent person would say that if they were confident that the care given by them wouldn’t leave much if anything to be desired. conversely if she did it she would have to have quite allot of confidence that the things she did didn leave much evidence. It’s either a statement of confidence in ones own practice or a statement of confidence in that what she did do wouldn’t be picked up on.She does. I still can't get past the use of 'if' in the 'if they find little or nothing on me..' comment. Why would an innocent person say that? IMO.
Hi mary is a sudden deterioration & a sudden collapse the same thing ty
Mmm. Funny that TC was advising that, knowing he had the visit from the RCPH coming up in September."On August 8, Letby messages the nursing colleague:
"Tony phoned.
He's going to speak to Karen and insist on the review being no later than 1st week of Sept but said he definitely wouldn't advise pushing to get back to unit until it's taken place.
Asked about social things and he said it's up to me but would advise not speaking with anyone in case any of them are involved with the review process.
Thinks I should keep head down and ride it out and can take further once over.
Feel a bit like Im being shoved in a corner and forgotten about by the trust.
It's my life and career."
"He's not been given any information about the evidence he asked for which is good.
He's not sure what the external people are going to look at in relation to me but we are in the process now so have to ride it out".
The colleague responds:
"Ok well just have to take his advice then suppose".
Letby:
"Still can't believe this has happened."
