Fairs fair and that’s all very fair. I can totally see them going with the m charges and then the AM Though. I wish we knew more. Is interesting though, the insulin charges seemed to be the most concrete so why look at those later On in the deliberations?

Yeh fair points all round really. I was just thinking with the talk about baby f the day before it would seem they are going in chronological order. Unless someone can think of a pattern between the relevant cases?

My theory is that Baby H was a tricky case so they left it till the end and once they discuss the statements the judge read out yesterday, they'll make their final decision on that final case and will be finished later today.

It was one case with apparent good cause to see potential substandard care but if I remember correctly the only one. You may be right colour, here’s hoping.

I’d be very surprised to hear they bought her back up every time the jury came back in to ask a question. Yeh that would be torturous and she’s innocent until proven guilty.

She's not that far away, in the court holding cells. They will know it's a question before everyone is reassembled in court to answer it, and the judge will discuss with the defence and prosecution how the question should be answered, before they call the jury in.

Bet the cells at court aren't too comfy either. No TV's or family photos. Just a blue rubber Mat to lie on and an aging magnolia wall.

That's interesting to know. Do you know if the barristers will know if it's a question or verdict beforehand?

I think they know the nature of the reason why each time. They'd have to, because this isn't just about LL, it's about all the families waiting, too, and the media covering the trial. The families wouldn't be being rushed back to the court for every question, thinking it's a verdict.

the jury have been instructed to consider a guilty verdict applicable to other charges ie if you find her g of one charge you may take it into consideration for the other charges.
