There was the recent discussion IIUC of US officials with Ghislane Maxwell, and IIRC the recent visit of the president to the UK and meeting with the King. And there is now the just announced commutation of Santos’ sentence (on another thread here), I wonder if perhaps there has been some discussion. And whether any consideration of the IMO ‘disgraced’ former ‘Duke’ might have considered a trip abroad or to the US?
Hard not to wonder if seemingly unconnected events might actually have some relevance or interconnection perhaps? MOO

A tranche of over 8,500 pages of records from Epstein’s estate — released by the House Oversight Committee Friday — show that Epstein’s calendars and emails reflect that Menchel, who left the DOJ in 2008, had multiple meetings or dinners with Epstein in 2011, 2013 and 2017. Lawmakers also referred to a photograph of Menchel on a ski trip with Epstein sometime in the 2000s.

However, Andrew has not been stripped of his titles. He has not given up/ relinquished his titles either. He’s just agreed not to use them. He still has them.

I agree @Warwick7 …. IMO the titles or allowed references should be stripped or banished from use. By the king and / or any acts of British Parliament needed. Such a disgrace. And IMO word semantics should not be ‘played’ in this matter.BBM
