If the neighbour is right, there was someone in at CML that day. Can't remember the times off hand (11-2?) but it covered the period when NM/SH were at Becky's house with AG, this is very easily verifiable by AG and SH - did NM leave at any point? And if he really didn't, who was in their house??? I'm surprised more hasn't been made of this little nugget of information (on here, and in "real" life)

Unfortunately, I think that we assumed the neighbour had given the wrong date because we were piecing the story together according to what NM/SH had told us.

But, I now believe that the neighbour got the date and time right. This makes SH a much more active participant in the murder than the couple want us to believe. I think that the neighbour's testimony is very significant.

I wonder why Becky's tablet was smashed.

did she film them bursting into her room I wonder?

Could it be just cause they know that that cell phone pinging can be location tracked later?I mean, they have already incapacitated her sometime shortly after that text?

( I'm finding it imposs to edit my old posts as well as load more than half a page so can't even see bottom of page posts. Frustrating)

If the neighbour is correct in her times and dates - if she heard Shauna and Nathan arguing on the night Becky died - my first thought was that they must've been arguing about what had happened but then I reason - IF Shauna is innocent they could still easily have argued as Nathan would've been like a coiled Cobra ...

Side note: myself and kids went to a village bonfire/Halloween thing tonight and there was a guy selling cheap plastic flashing swords for silly money that I HATE but my son loves! After paying, the fireworks began within seconds and a few minutes later I realise that I only have one eye on the fireworks, my other is on the sword seller - he happened to look a lot like Nathan and was around the same height and build ... and I'm then stood there thinking hmmm - if needs must, could you pick up my daughter in a suitcase and put in the boot of a car? THEN I realised my eldest daughter was looking at me, looking at him and she said are you thinking what I'm thinking :D ... THEN I realised something - we have a hereditary condition called Ehlers Danlos, it's a connective tissue disorder (often misdiagnosed as Fibro) my eldest daughter is 5'4" and a UK size 6/8, (she is affected by the Ehlers Danlos though not to the worst extent) and yet last week after my washing machine was repaired and the Hotpoint engineer left leaving my tumble dryer in the middle of the hall - my daughter picked up my full size 8kg capacity tumble dryer, carried it to the utility room and hoisted it up on top of my full size washing machine ...

PLEASE NOTE - I have just amended my post of neighbour's words on last page of this thread to add in WDPress account as that differs from DMails and DMirror.

the cell phone was intact I believe, it was the tablet that was smashed and the camera part removed.

ETA - now pointed out to me that phone was broken also

Am I correct that both of them are getting the extra charge of something to the effect of making inappropriate photos of a minor? Or just NM?

a link was posted on last page saying it was both.

I
was just reading an article where he mentions how he'd broken the phone. I hadnt heard that before either.

Matthews said: 'I was just trying to think of a way to protect them from the truth so they would think that Becky is fine, she's happy.
'Send a letter, log into her Facebook, a text message, that kind of thing but obviously I broke the phone so I couldn't do that.

The reason I'd ended up reading it was I was googlingto see if SH and NM bought table salt on their shopping trips as it was reported that some of the body parts were incased in salt. Most people have table salt in their cupboards though probably not enough to encase body parts so I wondered if the groceries on their shopping trips included any large quantities of salt, that would look unusual to SH if innocent. Didn't find any more details of what the groceries were though

.
The remains were packaged up in plastic, some encased in salt,

I know T, I tried 3 times to edit that afterwards, i read phone and you had written tablet. Each time try to edit, whole post disappears:scared: Server issues sending me mental

Disregard what I said.

The initial point is a good and valid one, I dunno - why was that tablet smashed?

So you're saying SH could've carried Becky's body?

I read another article where NM says rather than carry it he slid the suitcase with Becky's body in, down the stairs.

just thought I'd mention that on the trial I served on, one of the witnesses had made a statement to police. it was part of the court bundles but wasn't read out in court until it was used during the cross-examination of one of the defendants.

there is still hope that AG did make a statement.

if the neighbour is correct the night of the arguing was the night before Becky died.

It seems to me that the news report differs from the actual witness testimony. It's worth scrolling down to the neighbour's testiony and reviewing the wonderful notes that are available here:

https://onedrive.live.com/view.aspx...2B8ADC!1477&authkey=!ADtXLjozus6A4Iw&app=Word

Something I missed in reading this before, is that there were two* witnesses who heard the noises at Nathan and Shauna's house on the day that Becky was murdered.

I don't know what I am going to do on Tuesday. The Pistorius appeal is being broadcast live and it'll probably be SH's cross-exam at the same time.

Anyone else following both?

Aha ... thanks. Then I return to my earlier belief then that it could have been the argument that put Nathan in mind to carry out his plan ...

yes, I wonder what happened to the 2nd witness.

can't find any difference in dates in that attachment?

No, almost halfway pregnant with twins, no way. Nor do I believe that she would voluntarily be involved with what occurred - what it did make me think though was, 5'5 man of normal build, even with Fibro - he could very easily have done what needed doing, especially in the heat of the moment when adrenalin is surging.

but, she did have pregnancy concerns the following morning...

ETA why don't you believe she would voluntarily be involved?

Going back to the suggestion of NM leaving CML with Becky's body in the time window- so you have calculated that he had possibly 40mins to do this.

It seems to fit with the urgency described by Webb, sometime she est between 11am-2pm

The following day, in the afternoon, Mrs Webb said she heard further noises from the flat.

"There was lots of running up and down the stairs very, very quickly, banging, slamming doors, scraping, furniture being moved, a suitcase being rolled across a wooden floor which was upstairs," she told the court.

"I remember thinking it was annoying because I wanted to put my little one down for a nap and with the banging she was finding it difficult to sleep.

"There was one voice at one point, a man's voice. He said one single word, I couldn't work out what it was.

"It sounded like the bed was being lifted across the floor, like something heavy was being dragged.

"It was unusual, we never heard anything from them."

So SH stays at Crown Lane and can say NM just nipped out if need be. He drives a different way and is not picked up by CCTV?
