Right from the beginning when I first looked at her Facebook page I just got a feeling that she is cold and has a warped personality. Just my opinion though.

Yes, I had a further think about it and I get that now.
However, it might have worked better, imo, if AL had just said, no kidnap plan and no dna/proof of SH being anywhere near during Becky's killing.
Rather than saying no kidnap plan, therefore absolutely not involved in the murder.
He might say that later I suppose.

But we heard that there was a kidnap plan from NM's own lips ! I think he's struggling with this defence, and rightly so imo.

Yes he can only defend SH using NM's story, which is clearly a load of ****s, so not the easiest task.

NM had a kidnap plan according to him. Prosecution need to prove that SH was complicit in the kidnap plan.

not sure if its necessary, the conspiracy to kidnap covers that aspect. JMO

Just jumping off the whole conspiracy to kidnap and stun gun thing - police said they knew batteries had been bought on the way to Beckys. There's never been any statements/Cctv relating to who made that purchase

I dont quite get that. S

So, lets say SH had no foreknowledge of NM's alleged kidnap plan, but whilst she is smoking her gigantic cigarette, she hears something going on upstairs, goes to see what's happening, and ends up helping to subdue Becky and is the person who suffocates Becky. Cant that be a murder charge, because at the time she did the suffocation, she knew her actions might result in the death of Becky.

Ahhh but that all boils down to was there even a kidnap plan? She may not be found guilty of conspiracy to kidnap because there was just that...no conspiracy to kidnap. Don't mean she ain't guilty of murder geeez Mr barrister
