Mr Mousley said the kidnap of Becky by Matthews and Hoare involved significant planning and Becky was vulnerable because of her age.
He said: “The murder happened in her own home where she was entitled to feel safe.”
The concealment and dismemberment of Becky’s body were also aggravating features in the case.

I think anything resembling humanity, heart, emotion - was stolen from the little girl that Shauna was long ago ... her coldness doesn't surprise me at all. It's her self preservation.

On the other hand (and I'm NOT supporting her!) NM has destroyed his own family, murdered his own stepsister, and is seeing his entire family in pieces. For SH, the victims weren't so close to her. In some ways, she has lost less than NM. She didn't have a proper family to start with.

Go for it, Skib. Say what you I, really mean. No joke. This makes me sick. I wasn't able to follow the trial with you guys as closely as Coldpizza did, but I was with this case from the beginning. To be honest, I kind of bowed out because it was so tough to follow. Becky's murder ranks up there with some of the most horrific and despicable acts of humanity that I've seen. That's all I can say.
