I wonder if their lawyers know they'll both get a custodial sentence, and by delaying it it will mean that by the time February comes round KD will be free to go and JP can start her sentence? It would mean their kids could stay with one parent or the other.

For example if they're due to get a max of 2 years each, he will have done almost half of that by Feb.

Maybe?

(PS I doubt she's pregnant - if she is it aint his!)
