As for the trial itself, what a mess! Who decides the dynamics and the order of works in the court room? In a trial questions and interrogations are to be answered and doubts must be cleared. Everything must be discussed until there are no doubts anymore.

What I have been seeing in this trial is witnesses and subjects brought and nothing keeps clear after they give evidence.

Yesterday the forensic discussion was a disgrace. Nothing was understood.

I wonder what is the jury learning from all this confusion.

Chronologically it is a mess too. They bring someone or some discussion and go back and forth in a way we understand nothing.

Maybe it is me due to language barriers...

No, fits in with him attempting to blame Becky for triggering the attack more likely. Just like SH has been warming up the topic by slating the poor girl and suggesting she was spoiled, domineering and treated people badly. Poor Becky has had her reputation mauled by SH in police interviews.

No it's definitely not the language barriers. Somebody mentioned yesterday that it might be to do with availability of witnesses. I guess the experts have several different court cases they're giving evidence at so it has to fit in with their diaries.

Let's see, NM went over to Becky's house to teach her a lesson for being disrespectful to his mother. In the course of doing that, things got out of hand, and because NM has this, that, and other things wrong with him, he lost it and killed her. NM didn't mean to kill her, that's where the defense is going to go, and then he panicked. And, you know when you panic after killing your stepsister, the smartest thought that pops into your mind, I'm going to dismember her, wrap up body parts, and get other people involved in hiding the evidence. I'm not very familiar with trials and jurors in England, but over here I've seen enough trials and verdicts that has made my jaw drop to the ground. I hope I'm wrong, but I can see one or two jurors buy this, and will not see a murder.
