That's quite possible.
I don't imagine he's under surveillance, you'd think that whatever terms were breached it'd only come to light through a complaint.
But the case as a whole, there's just something weird about it.
I'm still unsure how one of the conspiracy charges only apply to RL. You need 2+ people for a conspiracy.
Roll on March, I doubt we'll get any answers till then.
All charges were dropped so there is no trial anymore.

Mr Mustafa and Mr Lipinksi were due to stand trial this month but the GBH charge has since been dropped and both men have been bailed.
The trial will now take place next year.

Mr Lipinski and Dr Mustafa both appeared at Hull Crown Court today, when not guilty verdicts in respect of both charges facing Mr Lipinski were entered after the prosecution offered no evidence against him. He was then released from the dock.
Dr Mustafa, of Beamsley Way, Kingswood, is still due to stand trial at the same court on March 5, with the two charges still currently on the indictment. He was released on conditional bail.

Both defendants still face a joint charge of conspiracy to administer a noxious substance against Ms Antczak, and Mr Lipinski's wife, Anna Lipinski.
