Officers say they are concerned for the welfare of Richard Moss, who was last seen around 2pm yesterday (Thursday, May 4).

Richard is described as being white, 5ft 6" tall of slim build, with short mousy brown hair.

Police have concerns for Richard's welfare and need to locate him.
