I'm not very tech savvy. And I had a couple of questions regarding data storage etc .

Often we hear in trials of WhatsApp, Facebook and other text mediums data being retrieved .

Can deleted messages be restored for the purpose of evidence and is ring door bell footage stored and if so what is the storage system ,is it backed up in some cloud storage. I have heard of police requesting people provide footage etc to help an investigation. As I said I'm not well up on any sort of technology or terminology. Facebook stores our data does whoever sells the ring doorbell store that.

If I lose my phone and buy a new device I can restore my data ,messages ,emails ,accounts and I won't lose any data .how come this couldn't be done with the evil trios phones

Besides,
as I understand,
this door bell camera was not their property,
but belonged to the house/Council property, no?
Is it considered a damage to property?

I found this Dotta about how ring accesses data . I don't think councils install ring doorbells so renters can install one themselves.

The charges were never based on all three having inflicted violence on Sara.

By the 'evidence' introduced by their barristers through cross-examinations of Urfan, I really don't see how the two defendants Beinash or Faisal have raised doubt about their complicity in Sara's murder. I wonder what the legal instructions will be as regards participation and complicity.

As far as I can see, Faisal's barrister said that he had to maintain distance from Beinash and shouldn't have been living in the house. Realistically he was living there, he hasn't made a case for not being there when Urfan was inflicting torture upon Sara, and it's not as if the house was a castle with 6-foot thick walls and separate wings.
Participation is key imo. Referring to the recent trial for the two lads in Bristol, the adult driver of the car was found guilty of murder despite not laying a finger on the boys.
I hope that bodes well for convictions in this case.

Batool and Malik are hoping that now that Sharif has "confessed", they are off the hook - so they dont want to be put to any cross questioning that exposes their guilt! (IMO)

Their choice not to testify is a calculated legal strategy that will shield them from cross-examination. Likely made to avoid self-incrimination or damaging cross-examination. But this can go against them as the jury may consider their decision not to testify as potentially indicating they have no credible explanation for the allegations against them.

Key thing is that "Burden of Proof" remains on the prosecution. In other words, the defendants' silence does not shift the burden of proof. The prosecution must still prove their guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.

The jury has to still rely on the evidence presented by the prosecution to determine guilt or innocence beyond reasonable doubt.

So it all rests on prosecution proving their guilt BEYOND reasonable doubt.

I hope and pray that there is all the proof needed to show the jury that these two are just as guilty as Sharif!!!!

Me too. They need be locked up
forever for what they did.

However, I think that by not testifying, they also work for the future successful appeal.

They’d better take good care of Batool, as she accused Pakistan of “torturing” her. I don’t believe it; do you?

I see.

So,
why to confess about destroying/taking the door bell camera then?
It certainly has no sense admitting,
if it was installed by the defendants.
And they could do with it
whatever they wanted, no?

When all this is done, I really wanted to visit Sara’s grave. For some reason, I just assumed she’d be buried in Woking. But I found out she’s actually laid to rest in Cmentarz Parafialny dla Aleksandrowa i Falenicy in Warsaw, Mazowieckie, Poland.

Dotta, if you’re ever near there and want to visit her grave, please know that you would be representing me—and indeed everyone in this forum (if they so wish) — who have wept and grieved for her - and who would want to be there beside you at her grave.

To tell you al the truth, even after all these months, I am still in shock and pain that Sara has gone through all of this - I so wish Sara was alive and leading a wonderful life - experiencing all the good and beautiful things in life - instead of the depraved and twisted world the people around her gave her!!!

JMO - sad and upset.
I am also surprised and thank you for this information. I live not far from Falenica, so I will find her grave.

Do we even know what toys she liked? To send to her grave.

IMO they are basically accomplices
The sisters may already be detained, but it can’t be reported due to it influencing the outcome of this trial? Could this be the case?

Hopefully these three will be found guilty and then we will see if there is another trial for the accomplices.

Just a thought.

I hope the conviction and sentencing is airtight with no room for a successful appeal.
Prehaps this is what they are hoping for with a guilty verdict the opportunity to appeal . They have shown themselves to be calculating individuals and isn't urfan a gambler . I think he especially will be willing to take his chances with an appeal.

I'm anxious to hear what the prosecutions closing argument is on malik and the context of closing speeches and direction

Now let’s hope that the evil sisters are brought to justice! How they sleep at night is beyond me?
I had a look into this angle . It would appear that a public citizen can have as much knowledge as they like of abuses being committed against a child whether that be sexual ,physical, emotional, mental ,verbal and have full disclosure of the details from an abuser and by law is not required to report it and by law can not be charged with withholding information or be held responsible for allowing that abuse to carry on .

Only in some professions if specified in contract do they have an obligation to report. .
This is outrageous imo

When you awake you will probably splurt out that coffee with what has transpired !!!
Have to say I was expecting to be angry at the excuses. But instead I'm annoyed I don't get to hear their side at all

Links from Polish MSM:

Polish reporter attended the trial.

"A reporter from Uwaga! TVN has entered the courtroom.

In the courtroom, Sara's father seemed scared,
her stepmother remained calm, and her uncle seemed absent.

But we will probably never know the answer to the question: why? -

Unfortunately, ‘their side’ was unlikely to be the truth.
However, I am with you in feeling annoyed that we didn’t get to hear from them as it would have interested me to have seen whether they turned against each other, how they defended themselves against cross examination and whereabouts the truth was likely to sit in the evidence.

i wonder how their neighbours and community will react to the stepmonster’s sisters, now that their failure to report the abuse of Sara has been widely reported in msm?

Hopefully those aware of their deadly inaction will ensure that they are never in charge of any vulnerable people, young or old, in future.

I wouldn't hold my breath as its beyond believable urfan had custody of Sara and NS in the first place with his track record .

Not only should they not have been in his custody if urfan had history of hurting a one month old baby every child himself and bienash had in the uk should have been removed at birth

There is so so many couples who find it very difficult to conceive a child naturally and given the chance would offer these poor neglected and vulnerable children wonderful lives .

The people guilty of these type of crimes I can never understand why they don't hand the child over to the authorities. And then I remember it's not in these people to do the right thing .
Parenting is a difficult job one that many many families struggle to get right but we try everyday to be good enough ,to encourage nurture and do our best . We all make mistakes. But these mistakes might be getting frustrated, not noticing if our child is struggling in a busy lifestyle. Mistakes that can be rectified. No amount of lessons will be learnt will bring back Sara. No amount of shoulda coulda woulda is going to save the next child

I think to myself why are these beasts allowed the opportunity to hurt and kill children when they already have records of previous we see it time and time again and it always ends in anguish . The services that should be taking action might as well put the shackles on the child themselves because they are allowing the children to live in a prison of torture.

All I can say is the sentences must match the crime you take a life you don't get to live yours mandatory life sentence an eye for an eye
