I do not think SH will walk free.It will be the difference between a murder and a manslaughter charge.
It will also depend on what other evidence comes to light.

without a cause of death and/or confession then all it needs is the defence to say "prove it"

obviously there may be other evidence that we don't know about yet so we'll just have to wait and see what comes out at the trial.

no matter what any of us think of him, he's still innocent until proven guilty and no i'm not defending him at all.

She was not actually missing until her supposed 6pm return from the shops.

Tia could not have wrapped herself in bin bags and put herself in the loft so it cannot be natural causes.Since it was in their house they must have known she was there.

What could be harder to prove is who actually killed her if SH is saying it was Granny not him.

i'd be amazed if the Police didn't check the cctv at the supermarket to find out exactly what was bought and in what quantity.

if they have then they will also have checked to see how many are left in the freezer and how many empty boxes are in the bin.

i doubt very much that either or whoever would have the foresight to think of getting rid of pizza boxes.

I think they will have gone further than that. They will have done stomach content analysis etc. In fact it may be some of these tests which they refer to in their statement.

Fortunately the police stopped the refuge collection so they will be able to check.

SH also said she had pizza and chips on thursday evening.

I would also think they would be getting through a few cans of air freshener.

A death can still be from natural causes, regardless of what happens to the body afterwards.

I've never been able to come up with a plausible scenario in which someone would make an accidental or natural death appear to be something much more sinister through cover up/disposal.

The idea gets bandied about quite a bit in murdered/missing kids cases. When the difference is a suspended sentence (or possibly not even a charge) to a couple decades in prison? It just defies my logic. MOO

there are plenty of videos on youtube which use baby pigs as an example

its a lot easier to watch on there than it is to witness it first hand.
