you can still confess, you only plead guilty at court.
If SH has given a full confession would he still need a top barrister.

Hi all
New here but have been following all your posts... This case has intrigued me from the start, that poor girl, god only knows at the moment what she has endured during her short life...
Not sure if I think CS was involved with the killing but I'm sure she knew. For all we know, she could have been as suspicious as the rest of us and approached the FLO to share her thoughts. Having then found the body, perhaps they then had to arrest her as they weren't sure of her involvement - likely that they're still not, hence why she is on bail.
I did find something very interesting earlier but I'm not sure if I'm allowed to post... It's a persons Facebook of somebody that was mentioned in a recent link on here to do with NS.
welcome to WS :welcome:
Regarding the tests that they are completing and results they are waiting for, do you think this could be to validate the fact that TS may have been smothered? Would that have not turned up in the PM that they completed today, or with the rate of decomposition would it be hard to define whether smothering had occurred? Is it a possibility that maybe toxicology results may provide a hint to TS possibly being drugged, accidental overdose and this is why it's taking so long?

I think if CS went to the police with suspicions ,SH would have been arrested before the body was found.
I think, if this is the case, it will have been when SH was off 'doing his own thing'. I know the police have stated it was a planned search but could have been planned based on a tip off from CS.

I think when the dogs were in on Wednesday(I think it was the wednesday) they indicated something which showed cadaver scent.
SH's T.V interview on Thursday probably gave the game away!!
I do not think CS has given any tip offs.
Not sure what to make of CS's statement about SH's 'off doing his own thing' comment on Friday morning.
I do not think that has been commented on here yet.
Could have been a combination, I'm just guessing.
Well if he was a drinker, which he clearly is going by the 2 bottles of vodka then he was prob gagging to get away all week and just get sloshed. Maybe he started a row in order for him to slope off and do his own thing.
Were the Wednesday dogs (or dog) cadaver dogs?
I don't recall ever reading one way or the other - just "sniffer dogs."I thought they were, but I could be mistaken.
"He's doing his own thing" is the standard response by any woman on that estate when they have no idea where their partner has gone lol
On Fiday morning CS did not know where her daughter was and SH was off doing his own thing. I do not believe that the police had not followed SH it could be they wanted to see who in Merton he had planned to meet.
o/t but on another English true crime note, apparently Ian Brady has given up the location of victim Keith Bennett's body. Police also arrested a woman in south Wales in connection with the case. Story at Mirror, here.
