So how many more years will this baby killer waste tax dollars breathing good air that she doesn't deserve? I need some good news!

So all those comments her side has been making that they have DNA that proves Darlie is innocent is a crock. Else why would they need this? If they had DNA why wasn't it presented at this status hearing?. This is a stall tactic to keep her case in state court. Once it gets to the federal level, it will go fast and she'll be looking at a date set.

A motion like the one for latent fingerprints won't actually change her case unless it finds something compelling, in which case her side would have to argue that she deserves a hearing based on the evidence (if they haven't exhausted those options, which surprises me). The motion was filed in district court because it has jurisdiction over the evidence, yes?

Yes. You are correct. Dragging, stalling. Stalling, dragging.....
