Florida has pretty fast divorce laws. Does this mean a hearing to end the marriage, or start the divorce?

If this is an uncontested divorce, the judge could sign the divorce judgment at the end of the hearing. Notice, this hearing is scheduled two weeks after Tommy's sentencing.

Case Management conferences usually just look at the custody of children, the finances, the willingness of the couple to divorce, their living situations, etc. Mostly personal stuff. I'm sure it was nothing unusual.

It makes perfect sense to wait till after sentencing to know how to proceed regarding the children.

That supplemental discovery/witness list should be available to the public due to the Sunshine Laws, right? They provide that info in Caylee Anthony's case! Is the media just not interested in Haleigh anymore?

Just rechecked his charges and he has two charges over 28 gms, besides all the others. That is 25 yrs per charge. Of course the judge can run them concurrently. He can serve no less than 25 years.

I would love to see that list, Kimster. I saw the list on WBG on his older charges but not on the present ones.....hmmm. It might come out when the prosecutor files for discovery.
