As I understand it...Motion was filed in August.. Hearing is set for October 4, 2010.. But I'm terrible when it comes to understanding court dockets...JMHO.

Twall, those dates are for August and we're now in September (unless I'm missing something).

The dates on the left side are the dates the info. is entered into the docket.
The dates I am referring to are on the right side, 10/4/2010.
When I copy and paste it it doesn't pick up the lines used to divide up the info. Sorry to confuse you, this case is crazy enough! :crazy:

What is lockdown treatment? Is this a program affiliated with the court system.. I thought most in-patient substance abuse programs only housed patients for about 28 days at the facility..After that you were either sent to a half way house set up to aid the patient in living a drug free lifestyle or the patient was put out to pasture to attempt to stay clean by attending AA,, NA or CODA meetings as often as necessary...JMHO

A lockdown treatment is a treatment facility that is locked and the clients are unable to leave. They are court ordered and that is the only way a person can go to one. The one that I worked at was longer than 28 etc days. Clients could be ordered to stay for 3...6...9...months and even as long as a year. Usually not as long as a year though. If the client screws up after they get out of treatment then they go to jail and do the time that they would have gotten in the first place. Some people go to places like halfway houses...it just depends on what they need and what the court wants them to do afterwards. Clients go to meetings while in treatment but usually the outside comes to the treatment facility instead of the clients going outside to meetings. I've seen it work and I've seen clients that weren't going to even try and they went to jail or prison to do their time after treatment. I just think it gives people a chance to change their lifestyles if they want to.

Misty's sentencing in Putnam has been rescheduled. She still has two charges that carry 25-year minimums in Putnam and as of now her St. Johns charge still carries 25 years; it has not been reduced in exchange for her plea (like DB's was).

If this was the case, I would think that their 2 lawyers would've been quieter about Joe. They both, especially Werter, have called him out. If their plan is to reveal the 'real' killer, & it's not Joe, they're asking for a whole heap of trouble. MOO.

I wonder why the motion was filed on 9/1 to transport? His court date isn't until 10/4/10. Maybe it takes longer since he's in prision to get the ball rolling? Just quessing and I can dream too.

I was thinking about this also and all I can come up with is they did it now so it would not fall through the cracks the way the divorce hearing did when he was not transported for that. So maybe someone thought let's do it now before we forget...
