This is what I noticed about her latest photo and info:

"(Release Date subject to change pending gain time award, gain time forfeiture, or review. A 'TO BE SET' Release Date is to be established pending review.)"

Baz, all inmates have that on their inmate information page. Check Jerome R. Williams, Ron's, Hank Jr's., just to name a few.

Interesting facts on how much time inmates serve for their sentence. Some info on gain time included. I'm a bit shocked at some of the crimes committed and the actual time served.

I think Hank Croslin had a court date today on his probation violation for the crack. Anyone hear anything?

Lawd, I hope he comes up clean.
In jail at least he gets fed. Probably even gets his legit meds too.

All the inmates pictured on the dc.state.florida.us website have that same quote under their release date. I assume it means pending good / bad behavior and maybe, if good, they could be released slightly sooner than that date.....?

Wish we knew what the new case was. I hope it has something to do with Haleigh and not something to do with Misty's St. Johns case. I hope we hear what it is soon. Why is it not being covered by any news outlet?

From doing a quick search the SC10 part of the new case for Misty, and SC is Supreme Court.

When you google WALTER A. MCNEIL, ETC. you come up with tons of appeal cases.
