I've only found two links mentioning her murder:

"On April 9, 2001 the Lopatcong Township Police Department were dispatched to Marble Hill Rd for a reported recovered body. The badly burned body of a female was located by a passerby just off of the roadway. During the investigation, the female was positively identified through dental records as Ursula Kochik. Ms. Kochik was a known prostitute that frequented the Phillipsburg and Easton area."

Only found three other links where she's mentioned, all from The Morning Call (Allentown) and relate to an unrelated case (don't worry about this perp, he murdered a prison inmate so he's doing life with Sandusky):

According to police and arrest records, Peterson knew the woman he allegedly attacked Monday morning..."

Finding more, her name was misspelled in some of the previous links, the correct spelling is "Ursula Kochick". Maiden name was "Andrade". Grew up in the Woodbridge, NJ area and moved to Easton later.

Her brother also appears to be an unsolved homicide... Clifford Alfred Andrade, December 14th, 1987, in Sacramento.
