and very obvious to the jury as well IMO.Every time the answer isn’t what she wants. It’s insane.

BBM and there it is the suggestion by Nester that the accountant doesn't know what type of arrangements ER and KR had about him maybe being an investor in her business.Interested to see where the defense goes with this. They can’t argue KR took a draw from the CE acct bc she wasn’t on the account.
That would be fraud.
even if all her other lenders got their money back, she was already in the hole for $3M.
I guess they’re going to argue ER was aware of all this and was fine with it.
Nester seems very emotional (like she does whenever she’s flustered) IMO
Yep.BBM and there it is the suggestion by Nester that the accountant doesn't know what type of arrangements ER and KR had about him maybe being an investor in her business.
Lenders at banks can be greedy also.Agree!
I keep waiting for it to come out that she was using fraudulent documents for the banks or something.
IME when dealing with hundreds of thousands of loans lenders will continue to throw good money after bad simply to try to secure their investment in the long run. I've watched it happen with people my husband and I refer to as "rich on paper" but cash poor.Lenders at banks can be greedy also.
agreed. and yet our defendant was overestimating her income by a LOT.Who in the WORLD judges their success by their taxes?!?!?!?! Most successful business owners make sure their taxes show very limited income.
