But only when they accept your follow request, right? Fatherless could have only accepted it today.
The fatherless account is public, so they wouldn't need to accept any request from her account. She would just automatically follow.

It's technically possible that the fatherless account was private before today, she requested to follow some time in the past, they made the account public today, and so her account automatically followed. But I don't think there's any way to find out if they were private previously.

My accounts is private so that wouldn’t work. And not a recent recent follow. But a good thought.

I also find it interesting this new fatherless account is definitely the outlier for who she follows. All her follows seem to be real people, businesses, a travel account or two, and some podcasts/pop culture accounts. No other NSFW accounts. Just noting.

I don't believe ML's account would have many bot and/or auto "following" because she only has 18 posts -- not much for public follower to like or comment on.

I do think she probably requested to follow fatherless and we witnessed the real time "request granted."

Check her Instagram account. She just started following “fatherless” about an hour ago.

What's that photo from? How can you tell when someone began following another? Where is that accessible?

I asked that Fatherless person so I am just waiting on a response.

Just a thought, maybe she meant to follow that account with her nova account? Sexual content is not allowed on IG so this person probably had their account on private to bypass IG's banning process

It's a hashtag though. # not @

It’s an @.

what do you people mean when you say you can or cannot 'duplicate' her list of followers
do you just mean you can take a screenshot of it?

Yes, that you can verify someone else’s info which decreases the odds it’s faked.

Not for me. Here are my results.

Wondering if we have different settings and yours filters out accounts like this for being NSFW? Would explain the difference in following accounts we see too?

I was just thinking. If I was a young woman and went away with somebody for the night and all of this social media let loose on me I'd have a hard time reappearing too. Just a thought.
But she wasn’t reported missing for 3 days. Media didn’t blow up till she was missing a week. As far as I know.

Yeah, but each day that goes by is making this worse.

The news coverage went from nothing, to a trickle, to a full on flood.

So did all the social media digging.

Another thing is if they know her iTunes pw if an apple they can restore her phone to another phone with the backup. Things can happen if they are perusing as her to get info.

That's good news!

LE has clearly said she could call them. They will take it from there. She's an adult and can disappear if she wants. An adult also takes responsibility and could make a call to end all the effort and emotions going into finding her.

I hope she is alive and well and wants to be left alone. But it's time to tell someone that.

Yes I can find it by searching, type it in and click “accounts” it’s a few down. Photo has a woman with a rose in her mouth

Well, okay. That's a lot on there.

The known to the public evidence is somewhat minimal. However, friends and family think it’s out of character for her to disappear not to say that couldn’t change. Also with FBI involved I would assume that means they probably know more about whether she left if her own accord or met with some other fate. I also think it would be strange for her to text her mom saying she landed safely only to turn around and leave knowing it would cause distress. We don’t know what happened when she met the guy at the park or her emotional state however. I still think it’s telling FBI is assisting.
I don't like this theory but college kids that are failing and stressed over it and wasting parents money do sometimes run off because they can't face them. It does happen and a text for a mom that is waiting up could be to buy time. Plausible but not probable.

Me....hahaha. I suffer from insomnia sometimes. Also, college students prepping for midterms I imagine. Oh and menopausal women.............no need to say more. :)

People who work 2nd & 3rd shift as well. People who sleep during the day & not at night. Being up at 2am doesn't mean you have a mental health issue!

On the instagram app there's a section where you can see the activity of the people you follow. (If you go on the heart at the bottom and go on 'following'.) It shows you if someone you followed followed someone else and how long ago, any comments they've made, posts they've liked etc.

[Edit: But it's not like a log of everything all your followed accounts have ever done, it's just recent activity. There's no way to find all the dates she followed people and was followed by others, for example.]

This sounds right imo. The fatherless person previous post was on may 16th and then they posted a picture 5 hours ago. To me it sounds like they had too many friend requests and just decided to put their IG public to accept them all

Type fatherless without anything in front then click on the person symbol and scroll down.

I couldn’t see the activity because I wasn’t following her when it happened. It’s the activity feed not the follower list.

Questions raised about dating apps as search continues for missing Utah student
As the search for a missing University of Utah student continues, questions are being raised about whether her social media and dating accounts might lead to a break in the case.

And on Wednesday, Salt Lake City police confirmed that Mackenzie "Kenzie" Lueck sent a text to someone while she was at the airport and detectives have been in contact with that person.

Detective Michael Ruff declined to say, however, whether that person was man or woman, but said that person was not considered a suspect.

Previously, police had stated that Lueck texted her parents at 2 a.m. on June 17 when she arrived at the airport. Ruff said Wednesday that the new person police had talked to, whom she texted, was not her parents, but declined to give more details.

[...]

In conversations this week in a Facebook group discussing Lueck's disappearance, a man claimed that he had met Lueck on Tinder and that she was "looking for that type of relationship." The man went on to say the Lueck had mentioned she "wanted" to be a sugar baby and that "she needed money."

Just clarifying that it wasn't me who brought up the mental health issue (mostly because you quoted me). I'm just a run of the mill night owl! :-)

Edited to add: There certainly are SOME mental health disorders that can cause difficulty sleeping.

Substance abuse, mood, anxiety, and psychotic disorders are a few of the many conditions that involve insomnia. It is unknown why insomnia is such a common symptom among these illnesses.
