I think there’s two likely possibilities:
She traveled to her planned destination, and intended to go off the grid.
She traveled to her planned destination, and something bad happened involving whoever she visited.
Right now, I’m leaning towards the first one.
The language used by law enforcement indicates that they don’t necessarily believe she is in danger.
I think there must be some solid indication of this, and perhaps a sign that she is trying to avoid being found.
I’m just not sensing a great deal of alarm, when the whole situation seems a bit alarming.
Brilliant Post!
I completely agree with this analysis.
ML went somewhere voluntarily other than home from the airport.
Whether she's choosing to remain voluntarily missing is the open question.
I think the answer to that is most likely to be "Yes."
It may be otherwise, though.
ML's most likely gone off the grid of her own volition.
LE is not conveying a sense of urgency here.
In fact, LE has explicitly stated they have no indication that she is in any danger.
That's a pretty bold statement for LE to make.
It leads me to believe they have a solid basis for saying it.
Does she still need to be located? Absolutely.
Do I think LE will make contact with her soon? Absolutely.
Could I be wrong about all this? Absolutely.
