She needed the surgery so her murderous husband could get his hands on all those drugs to overdose her on. IMO Michele was way too nice.

Or gullible. I would have thought she would have divorced him when he went to jail right after their marriage.

What is your favorite state seal? I am kinda feelin' this one for Utah. Nice, bold, professional, accurate, straight, golden, shiny.

If I remember correctly, they stole the name from one of his adopted kids (identify theft). He took her back to the country she was born in and left her there. He took her passport and she had to enter that country's foster care. I think he figured he could use her social security number and name and the insurance policy would look good on paper.

He has a long history of fraud.

Agree I just don't understand how he, Martin MacNeill, could get his hands on his dead son's life insurance proceeds by having his sidekick, Gypsy, present herself as Lillian MacNeill.

Unless the son had his mother as primary beneficiary and so Gypsy and Martin tried to present Gypsy as the wife of Martin MacNeill and the mother of Damian.

Surgeon's don't like to prescribe meds, they are in the business to do surgery. At least this is what my last Back surgeon's staff told me.

Utah courthouse must have had some aliens hovering above. Stream seems better now, they must have left for Area 51.

Martin MacNeill is one shifty eyed person ain't he? His eyeballs are darting all over the place and his breathing is shallow and quick.

Geeze, I'm no doctor, but could tell you with a lot of certainty that taking, Valium, Percocet, and Ambien all together could probably kill a person. Give her a glass of wine with that, and pretty much dunzo! Your heart will slow to nothing.....

I grabbed my tinfoil helmet just in case. I like to be prepared.

Snarky attorney at podium.

Didn't give a rat's behind the witness was nervous. Went right after the witness being iffy on his memory due to his nervousness.

 Man, this defense attorney has a weird laugh-talk to him! :oddsmiley:

There is something wrong with a defense attorney who looks like he's smiling/smirking the whole while...

Why are they using medical terms in front of the jury? chemosis..

I don't get where he is going about the driving? :waitasec: No, one should not drive while on pain meds. What does that have to do with anything? :dunno:

What happened right after their marriage?

Wonder how long Mr. Smiley can keep up the facade? If you just listen to his voice you'd never guess there was a smile on his face.

Shouldn't doctors have notes in the patient's file showing who called and what medications were being requested? And if filled again or not?
