"Just before meeting Michele, Martin had forged $35,000 in checks and had gone on a three-day spending spree buying diamond rings, 60 pairs of socks, couches, chairs, a grandfather clock, watches, bicycles, a refrigerator, 20 pairs of shoes, TVs, tires, a wardrobe of clothes and more........Four months after tying the knot, Martin served a six-month jail sentence for his forgery, theft and fraud charges. Their first child, Rachel, was born the next year."

Shouldn't doctors have notes in the patient's file showing who called and what medications were being requested? And if filled again or not?

All of the patient records I have seen, those notes are written in the chart by the office staff. To answer your question, yes.

Didn't doc verify that his office staff notified him that martin had called and requested refill on some of the meds?

Ok, I am muting the lawyer. He is confusing me and driving me insane.

I don't get where he is going about the driving? :waitasec: No, one should not drive while on pain meds. What does that have to do with anything? :dunno:

Softail! How you doin', lady?

I don't get it either. She drove to her bathroom?

:gday: I'm good! How are you? :toast:

I see that the defense is trying to pin this on Dr. Thompson!

According to the Defense attorney I should be dead many times over. The medications I have been prescribed after all of my surgery's, should have killed me. I don't believe him. LOL

I'm good. Missing my friends from the Arias trial.

I think he's trying to make the doctor look incompetent: his memory is faulty, he doesn't really know what he's talking about, etc. It doesn't help that the doc is so nervous -- I think this attorney has his number, unfortunately, although I though he did fine when being questioned by the prosecution.

Oh goody. The jury has questions.

That doctor reminded me of the actor, what's his name, Edward Norton? Played the Hulk in a movie?

My feed dropped..what was the question?

Mine too.... I only heard the first question - "Were you concerned that Martin was her primary care physician?" Didn't hear the answer. I think there were 2 questions.. My feed is being funky too. :sigh:
