The attorney is trying to put words in her mouth and she is holding her ground.. Doing a great job!
Lol she is battleing this attorney :snooty:
"My father told me to get rid of it"
Hope that sticks with the jurors!
Her incisions and her lungs.
It's been 13 years and my mom's sewing machine, patterns, cutting table and ALL the fabric she had is still there.
I finally cleaned her closet and drawers out after 10 years.
Dad can't bear to part with it much less ask anyone to do it for him.
(They were married 35 years)
This man IS a monster.
Poor family!

This has been a question in my mind for a long time. If she was leaning over the tub the way he describes I would think the water would be running. If she was laying in the tub in shallow water the way Ada says I would think the water should be still be running filling the tub. Points even further towards staging the scene IMO he either didn't think of this or didn't want to flood the bathroom. And to expound on my own post if Michele indeed was running her own bath why was the tub not overflowing when MM arrived home? Why is the tub half way full and the faucet turned off?? Hmm
Watching this witness and the defense questioning her all I can think of is if that was my child on the witness stand I would stand up and say quit it........quit asking her questions quit making her remember.....leave my child alone......which makes me wonder what the defendant is thinking...if he even cares how this is affecting his children? This is just sad!

I really hate how the defense uses prior statements -- they're not doing it right if they're trying to impeach witnesses. And if they're using those statements for any other purpose, they are not allowed to just read portions of a witnesses' prior statements.
