Someone on Twitter said Michelle weighed 180 .. is that true? She didn't look heavy in the photos...?

I don't mind the banker's hours, Judge looks like he runs a tight ship, hopefully the delays will be kept to a minimum.

Missed the questions, neighbor stopped by (Jeez!). What were the questions?

Sorry I had a customer drop by. I thought the judge said he had two questions for the witness and then asked the doctor if he was concerned about Mr MacNeill being the primary doctor for his wife and if he discussed this with the MacNeills. I believe he answered he didn't discuss it with the MacNeills.

I believe the first doctor also testified to her weight....I know I also heard that.....I believe I posted it

He forged someone else's records. Piece of work this one.

Technically, he forged them to get into med school. Apparently, he passed med and law school.

As an interesting aside, I swore I had met this guy, when I first saw him in the news. It's really bugged me, over the past year or so - every time I see his mug in the news. Once I started reading up on him, it hit me. I am almost sure this is the guy that treated me for pinkeye when I was at BYU (he worked at the BYU health center, early in his career). It came and went for almost a full school year, and I was in there all the time. I had two doctors, during that time (they just put you in with whomever is next up in the queue). One was an attractive young woman (how I remember this - I always hoped I would get her shift - I'm sure she was really into undergraduate English majors), and the other was this gangly guy that seemed all elbows and knees.

Anyway, it's not relevant to anything, obviously. Just a little weird.

Just found this. Crazy. Wonder if the lady is telling the truth.

"MacNeill also had an affair with another woman for several months about two years before his wife's death, according to prosecutors. She told her psychiatrist she was having an affair with a "serial killer," an affidavit states. She said MacNeill told her he'd tried to kill his mother when he was young, but his sister called 911 and medical personnel revived her. He also said he'd killed his brother in a bathtub, told the woman he wanted to kill a daughter and offered to kill the woman's husband "to relieve her of an abusive relationship," an arrest warrant states.

MacNeill told the woman he had written an article in the Journal of American Medical Association titled, "It's Over, Debbie." The article was written by a doctor promoting "mercy killing," who euthanized a patient with an overdose of a sedative pain killer but was never held accountable, according to court documents.

"The defendant said he, too, had killed and discussed ways in which he could take another's life without being caught," prosecutors wrote in the charging documents filed Friday."

Yes. He also isn't a real attorney. Guy must have iron cajones.

You'd think they'd at least be offended enough to prosecute him for impersonating a lawyer - but maybe they figured anyone who'd do that had bigger problems to shoulder. lol

Actually, now that I'm thinking about it, I think he used falsified records to get into med school in Mexico. He did that for a year, and then used falsified records to transfer to a med school in California. Then, he finished there, did his residency, and started working.

I don't know if it's been mentioned, but he also was fraudulently getting disability from his short stint in the military until as recently as 2010.

The sound was so bad on the live coverage I had to stop watching today. So thank you for all the updates.

I got myself covered for tomorrow - gonna hook my laptop up with the TV and turn the volume high high!

Can't wait for Nancy Grace "unleashing the lawyers" tonight. She's gonna be on fire!!!

SNIP: In addition, Martin MacNeill told fellow inmates after his arrest that his wife was a "*****;" he was glad she was dead; and authorities couldn't prove he killed her, prosecutor Sam Pead told jurors.

Prosecutors have said the killing was the climax of a twisted plot by MacNeill to carry on an affair with his mistress, who MacNeill invited to his wife's funeral and asked to marry him weeks later.

I thought I heard the judge say something about the media being on notice and it will be discussed at 8:20 tomorrow. I think the seal was up when I heard it. Anyone else?
