I thought I heard the judge say something about the media being on notice and it will be discussed at 8:20 tomorrow. I think the seal was up when I heard it. Anyone else?

I don't watch HLN. IMO, MacNeill, is so much worse than JA. Have you read about MacNeill? He is horrible IMO.
Holy Toledo!! :scared:
Well, imo we are comparing apples to oranges. I feel JA is a BPD and the Dr is a psychopath.
However, I will say this much about JA being "worse" in a sense: did you see the manner in which she murdered? It doesn't get more bloody and gruesome than that. Total rage. Total set-up for her poor victim.
Geeze, I'm no doctor, but could tell you with a lot of certainty that taking, Valium, Percocet, and Ambien all together could probably kill a person. Give her a glass of wine with that, and pretty much dunzo! Your heart will slow to nothing.....
This case is a hop skip and jump from my house.
Has anyone read any predictions on how long the trial will last?
I have Friday's off now and I will try and get to the courthouse a week from tomorrow but it may be over by then.
If not I'll see if I can get a seat and then report back to you all.
Maybe even take time off work. In fact I think it states in the Utah Labor Law book that workers can be excused from work, with pay, to attend an interesting murder trial. At least it says it in my Utah Labor Law book.
Can't promise you but I will try to get there.

This looks like it could be a good trial to follow. Hope discussion picks up.
The prosecutor is a wee but boring if his opening statement is any indication. But very interesting facts in this case -- and very circumstantial.
I wonder if the doctor on the stand now checked out MacNeill's credentials. Could anybody just tell him that they are a MD and the doctor believes them? The doctor testified that he did not know the MacNeills prior to the office visit.
Defendant sent Michelle to another doctor for a pre-op examination. Why on earth did he have all these doctors looking at her?
