dr. also worked with martin previously - residents from DC would visit the ER and dr. would have to converse with martin the outcome of ER visit

also treated Michele when she arrived at ER
Michele was suctioned at ER

found lividity on butt and back

which may start as soon as 30 minutes after death

dr thinks Michele was deceased before her arrival at ER

saw no cardiac activity whatsoever

Busted again Marty. Must have missed the class on lividity 101.

  • #868
I think Marty thought everyone would just believe him and what he said, instead, they all saw his "mistakes".

The presence of livor mortis is also an indication of when it would be futile to begin CPR, or when it would be ineffective to continue if it is in progress.

Livor mortis starts twenty minutes to three hours after death and is congealed in the capillaries in four to five hours. Maximum lividity occurs within 6–12 hours.

the chest should rise with proper breaths during CPR

Ask him about performing CPR while the victim is under-water...pleaseee

  • #872
CPR could possibly be done in a tub, as long as head can be tilted back and airway cleared
