Yes, they only had one son, Damian. This case is so sad and has really affected me. There is a video of Damian throughout his life on the support site for his mother... seemed a beautiful young and intelligent man, destroyed by his mother's death. He took his life in 2010 on his mother's birthday..

Whoa. And why wasn't his license put on hold or suspended or something?

No infractions on his Dr's license at all? NOTHING?

I think many of you are correct he may be serial killer and he is rotten to the fckn core imo.

From the beginning I've said this case is like a bad Lifetime movie, it's just insane.

I was looking for the 20/20 epi that was yanked I never found it even the waybackmachine, no go. But I did find that one beautiful tribute to Michelle so I posted it on the main thread...because it really captured her being such a loving mom. It was so heartfelt. someone else then linked to it as well. It's a very sad case, this man didn't want the trappings of the life he made with Michelle and he wanted out. Out of fatherhood Out of Husbandhood out of that Life, and quickly. He is scum on the bottom of my shoe! I can't stand to look at him and I think he is evil. Whatever evil is; it's in his eyes when he looks at the camera. He is so pissed he is often seething at what he is hearing; seething as he sits there. I watch him.

There are many skeletons in the closet of that home.
I don't know the circumstances of the suicide, but I'd guess Alexis is lucky to still be alive.

the father's name was not mentioned in court; only that Ada is Vanessa's daughter and she was adopted by marty and Michele.

Not confirmed but I have seen statements that Damian overdosed and put a bag over his head. He was attending NYU Law at the time, he was the only child that stood by his father. These poor kids. While I believe in everyone getting a fair trial this man IMO is a monster for his blatent disregard of his family and children's lives... he literally destroyed their family and he did not care. He sent his one adopted daughter back to the Ukraine on the story of going to visit her bio sister and then abandonded her there with no way to return. He and Gypsy then stole that child's identiy for Gypsy... yep, a sociopath to the 10th degree.

Is it normal for the Judge to ask the witness additional questions? Isn't it up to both sides of attorneys to ask questions making their case and the Judge decides on that information?

He seems to side with the defense a lot.

Yes I'm going to say Typical God Complex, many Dr's have them, Nurses too and you have to really watch for that when in hosp situ's. IMO. NO offense to all good drs and nurses out there! But some are sadistic and I think MM is one.
I see him as Sadistic.
