If she doesn't do her "job" on the stand, then what is the point of her plea deal? Can the State renege (sp?) on that plea deal if she doesn't pull her end of the bargain?
Just bringing forth the affidavit if anyone else wants to refresh

What happened to Damian?
Wow. That is compelling. Now I realize even more how poorly the prosecution team is presenting this case. Simply astounding to read the affidavit in its entirety.
The prosecution has got to get someone on board who can present the facts to the jury evenly, completely & with authority. That is NOT being done by the prosecution attorneys and that failure is either recklessness on the part of the DA or incompetence. Time is running out and they are going to lose in spite of this most damning recount on the part of Chief Robinson.
Thanks for providing the link.
Committed suicide
What happened to Damian?
Thanks. I did a search and it looks like Damian wrote a letter to media in support of his father, and soon after committed suicide. It wouldn't surprise me to learn that he was manipulated by his father, but in doing what his father wanted, he was probably rejected somewhat by his family. It looks to me like McNeill ripped his family apart so that he could have contact with his mistress. It's no surprise that the daughter that testified last week (the one that was so nervous) is a mess. She said that she and her father had an especially close relationship while she was growing up. There's a good chance that she is revisiting every memory of him, throughout her childhood, and seeing it in a different light - one where she was a pawn rather than a treasured daughter. What a tragic experience.

I just read also that the defense attempted to implicate Damian in his mother's death with his father claiming Damian had homocidal tendencies.... disgustingClaims she died of heart problem but oh if she was murdered Damian did it??
Do you have a link to that? I'd like to read it.
