Were Gypsi's parents aware of the circumstances of Michelle's death when they used to visit?

The mother said she was reluctant to ask a lot of questions because she did not want to be rude. So i would think.at first the answer is no. However, there is some obvious estrangement since the mother has not had any contact Gypsy since 2008. I'm thinking mom knows Gypsy was involved somehow amd she wants no part in this mess.

I have wondered how Michelle got into the bathroom in the first place. With all those drugs in her system, there is no way she could have walked to the bathroom without some assistance. Did any of the neighbors or police notice drag marks or a freshly vacuumed carpet? Did any of the pics taken by LE show anything? Other than a neat room?

Trust me, she did not get there on her own 2 feet. Did she not take the drugs he had asked prescribed for her. I Have a serious disabilty, get 60 Vicidon/mth. never take a bath or a shower while taking them. But play Slingo alot while taking them( post here too sorry) lol. It distracts me from the pain. I do not drive on them, but could under 1. After a full facelift? .All of those drugs in her body would knock her out in the hospital bed. She didn't even walk to the tub.These drugs combined would knock her out. I'd Like to know what she had for breakfast that day? oatmeal? A vitamin shake?

Did her ever walk her home from school before?

Yes they were estranged. Parents also said on the 20/20 Interview that after Gypsy gave up her daughter to her Parents she tried to get her back at some point.

In reading the affidavit, Michelle was noted to have lividity on her back and legs, indicating Michelle was on her back in the tub, and that she was there for some time. I didn't recall how proximal the toilet was to the tub, if it was ever even disclosed. MM could have propped her on the toilet, taken off her pants and then put her in the tub. IIRC, the neighbors husband who assisted in getting Michelle out of the tub, that there were a lot of wet towels. Could the wet towels have been used to hinder her breathing and provide a buffer for handprints? I just find this part very puzzling. I am missing something.

The neighbor stated when he looked for towels to clean up a little there were none and he had to go to the laundry room to find some used ones. Racheal stated that the decorative towels that her mother had in her bathroom where in a bloody mess on the floor in the garage along with other things her mother got from her younger kids.

ETA Gypsy is testifying against Martin as part of plea deal with Utah County prosecutors that kept her out of jail despite convictions on state felony charges for identity theft. She was accused of stealing the identity of Martins adopted teen daughter. Felony charges for both.

According to prosecutors, Willis's charges were the result of efforts between MacNeill and Willis to alter Willis's identity. They reportedly tried to steal the identity of MacNeill's then 16-year-old adopted daughter, Giselle MacNeill, shortly after the death of MacNeill's wife, Michele, in 2007.

Did she ever get that nursing license?

Don't know if Gypsy got her Nursing License prior to her conviction or not. Lots of details we don't know. I sure hope there is a good book down the road as I think there is so much we don't know.

That's okay. Heck, there are so many confusing lies in all of this, it's impossible to keep straight. When I first read about all of this, I remember feeling amazed at how completely surreal it all was. And it just keeps going and going. From the stuff he did in his early life, to his threats of suicide every time he would get caught doing something, to Michele's death, to sending his daughter off to rot in a Ukrainian orphanage, to his poor son committing suicide - it just goes on and on.

Look I'm not the smartest person by far but you don't have to remove the lower clothing to do CPR. So the big question is who removed her pants/underwear?? JMO

IMO it was Martin. Seems every time somebody new entered the room there was less clothing. IMO the tub was a hurried part of the plan and not well thought out. Since the drugs didn't kill Michele martin had to finish her off. IMO.
