Gypsy has already been convicted on the fraud charges. Jail time plus probation. She has completed the jail time. I don't know the exact particulars on the exact sentencing. IMO the defense is going to spin her as "she could have done the deed" I think she will be defensive and paint Marty in a bad light. I think she is almost as evil as Marty but if she helps in bringing him down I am good with that. IMO.
