there were 4 ladies in the lunch group
found out Michele died from another neighbor
she was shocked
after Michele moved, they still maintained friendship
had lunch date set; marty needed her to do something so she couldn't make it; Michele was upset
Michele moved approx. 2 years before she died
Michele was in great health
(tried to discuss marty's health.....)
she didn't know that Michele had surgery
Michele had a little bit of high blood pressure
discussed the makeup of the 4 ladies in group
they went to the macneill home
around 6-7 arrived
marty was at home; showed them the renovations he was doing
kids were emotional
marty did not talk much about Michele and wasn't very emotional
she spoke at the funeral
marty spoke mostly about himself and his hard life

I only found one of Gypsy's roommates names in the affidavit. Item 143 from the Affidavit states her name is Michelle Savage. Upon checking the witness list Michelle Savage is listed (#23 on the list)

Morning recess. All these witnesses are on the stand for a very short period. I guess I am use to the JA case where witnesses were on the stand for a long time just rambling on and were not stopped. This is very different kind of trial for me, I guess.
Seems like the defense do not have many cross questions for these witnesses. Maybe short and sweet is beneficial to to prosecution.

I watched that last night as a way to come up to speed with this trial. It is very telling. Mom and dad have custody of Gypsy's child. The sister was very informative, as she said her sister won't stop until she gets what she wants, which leads me to believe that maybe, she wanted this plan, to move very quickly.
If I recall, I also read or viewed a remark an ex roommate made about Gypsy wanting to be rid of Michelle and she even stated she would like to cut the break lines of Michelle's car.
