As this is the first day I have watched this trial I would like to know if MM ever expresses and emotion. He seems to be calm, complete opposite of what I have heard and seen on the 911 tape and how others have explained him. I am waiting to see some emotion come from his facial expression, so far I have seen none.

4/14/2007 - funeral
Linda attended service
saw marty before service
marty was unloading big boxes of stuff
to be put on display
he was not using cane
he appeared physically fine
running back and forth from vehicle and church
he was extremely rude when they offered to help

she then saw him in church - using cane and limping
and he used cane after service - at graveside
but then he sat the cane aside and picked up Ada
worried look on face once people started arriving
he sat Ada down and grabbed his cane and starting limping

attended the luncheon after the funeral
observed marty at luncheon
marty was smiling, joking around
and he would have to get used to living the life of a bachelor - hanging out with buddies and golfing

I have noted very little. I do see rapid respirations and jaw clenching at times. Seemed a bit "wistful" when Gypsy was testifying Friday. IMO.
