So I'm even more convinced of Martin's guilt after listening to Ada's interview. It is pretty clear that he tried to make her think that Michele was only trying to wet her hair - even though the tub was half full (who turned off the water when the tub got half full if Michele was unconscious?), and even though Michele was all the way in the tub.

That's the interesting question. Whether she was fully clothed or partially clothed, she clearly didn't intend to get in the tub with some clothing on. So, she was too out of it to avoid getting into the tub with clothes on, but not so out of it to be unable to turn off the water? It just doesn't make any sense.

So Gypsy claimed to not remember when Martin proposed to her? Must not have been real love then.

I have a tub like this and facelift or no facelift either way would be most uncomfortable if not painful. Just by chance she did, well she would have had to have done a whole body flip to land the way she was found.

Agree. It would make more sense to be facing up say at a bathroom sink with somebody washing it for you. My Mom had stitches in her forehead once and we rigged up a chair leaning against the sink. Same way it is washed at a Hairdressers is what I am trying to convey LOL. I'm sure Alexis would have done it for her while helping at the House and ensure the stitches didn't get wet.

So am I understanding correctly that on Easter Sunday 2007 Michelle & Martin went back to the plastic surgeon and he said she was healing fine. She was alert and only taking a couple of percoset (sp?) a day for pain. Then they went home had a family Easter Celbration but she had a migraine w/nauesa. Was fine again on Monday enough for Alexis to leave back to school, and was dead in the tub around noon the next day?

I look forward to Alexis testifying. I think it will be very very interesting.

I'm sure she has been. With the high profile of this trial there is too good a chance someone else would tell her or she would find out. Best way to handle it would be honesty with the child.

Vanessa is pretty open in referring to her as her daughter. And, she seems to see her fairly regularly. So, I'm guessing it's no secret, at this point. It may have been different when she was seven, though.

One good thing that the State is doing is reserving their right to recall witnesses because IMO they have left a lot unsaid.

GW bought a $7,000 wedding band for Martin???? With his credit card I am sure!
IMO the pros missed a lot of questions for her, especially not asking about her daughter when she was asked about experience with children.

Do you have any MSM reference to Vanessa being around Ada lately? We were wondering about that yesterday and were not able to find an update on her.

The $7000 dollars was for the 4.5 carat diamond engagement ring, per Gypsy testimony.

Unfortunately, no. I have that from other sources. Am I not supposed to reference that, since it didn't come from MSM?

I have wondered how Michelle got into the bathroom in the first place. With all those drugs in her system, there is no way she could have walked to the bathroom without some assistance. Did any of the neighbors or police notice drag marks or a freshly vacuumed carpet? Did any of the pics taken by LE show anything? Other than a neat room?

So during Gypsy's testimony today the female defense lawyer asked her about her deal with the state and how if she lied during her testimony that she could face 3 years in prison for the crime that led to the deal plus an additional possible 15 years for perjury. She then proceeds to ask Gypsy if she has lied during her testimony to the state. Does anyone really think that Gypsy would honestly say yes, I lied in my testimony? Does the defense think the jury and everyone else is stupid?

Did LE even take any photos in the bedroom other than the one showing the line of prescription drugs sitting in a row on a night stand?

In reading the affidavit, Michelle was noted to have lividity on her back and legs, indicating Michelle was on her back in the tub, and that she was there for some time. I didn't recall how proximal the toilet was to the tub, if it was ever even disclosed. MM could have propped her on the toilet, taken off her pants and then put her in the tub. IIRC, the neighbors husband who assisted in getting Michelle out of the tub, that there were a lot of wet towels. Could the wet towels have been used to hinder her breathing and provide a buffer for handprints? I just find this part very puzzling. I am missing something.

On HLN (sigh) we are just now getting Gypsy's mom's statement. The photo she turned upside down of Gypsy was the one with her wearing Michele's blazer in court.

I can understand a little bit how Gypsy ended up with her personality. I like the mother in her honesty but she does seem to be preoccupied with someone's status and credentials. Mrs. Willis no not everyone is impressed with letters after someone's name I think the goodness in a man's heart is far more important. Just me.

Not sure, but I am happy you have those news anyway -- I have been keeping both Vanessa and Ada in my thoughts since yesterday.

I thought I had seen a pic of the room with the hospital bed and bed that someone posted on here. I didn't even think to look. Plus with all the people in that room, it would probably not have even been noticeable.
