From what I've read on those accounts the other's aren't that close with Noelle.

"Hope you're doing ok"
"Hope you had a nice birthday"
those kind of statements.

See the picture. Noelle posted this on her SM. She's the one on the far right. In other news outlets and in the family picture she's referred to as Giselle.

Thank you Norwegian ! I too have been looking/lurking/snooping :couch: But I have not seen this particuliar picture, but that is definitely the "Noelle" I have seen on other social media sites. Thank you so much!!! She is living in Michigan. What is SM?

.. Why did the journal that Alexis was keeping "disappear"?
.. Why did the tally of the remaining pills that MM and Damian recorded "disappear"?
.. When Damian's girlfriend asked if she could do anything for him, why did Martin request that she flush the remaining pills down the toilet?

Where was Gypsy the morning Michelle was killed? Has it been proven? I am trying to wrap my head around how Michelle got into the bathroom as I am doubtful it was on her own accord. MM would have had to either carry Michelle or drag her? I guess He could easily have moved the hospital bed closer to the bathroom since it is on wheels. That piece I find puzzling.

There was a big moment for me today during Alexis' testimony when she said that she called Michele the morning of her death and that Michele was going to take the girls to school and pick them up herself. I hope the jury caught that. Martin claimed to his co-workers that he had to have the award given to him at 11 or shortly there after because he had to go pick Ada up from school. This contradicts what Michele herself had planned.

Excellent point. I hope the Prosecution team picks up on that.

It appears, by looking at all of the papers on the witness stand, that the defense is going to try and impeach Alexis.

They can try, but I believe she will not get tripped up by them. She is a strong witness with great recollection.

I'm counting on Spencer to nickel-and-dime her concerning details which don't add up to $.25. That seems to be the best the defense has been able to do with the other witnesses.

I witnessed a nurse who was smaller than I am, she was around 5' 4", guide my husband who is larger, around 5' 6" and over 170 lbs, by his hands and arms from a recovery room, down the hall, out the door and down a ramp to put him in my car with no help from anyone. He was not completely "awake" from anesthesia. It would not surprise me at all if Martin was able to maneuver Michele by himself into the bathroom even with all of the medication she was on.

Alexis got her dad's password and had the online portion reset, so she could access his phone records online. She and her mom found Gypsy's number in those records back in March of 2007.

This was mentioned in the affidavit.

Alexis believed her father was up to no good and figured out a way to get his phone, get his password and see who all he had been calling.

Sorry Mr Defense atty but I say you go girl. This doesn't change my mind that Alexis is a terrific person and defender/protector of her mom.

Exactly. I always wish the jury heard everything. Nothing like having ALL the facts to make the right decision.

Is Martin paying for his defense or are these court appointed lawyers?

I wonder if it is occurring to Martin that he needs to take the stand to "set the record straight". With a man like him I would suspect that it is killing him to have to sit there quietly and listen to witness after witness describe him as the scum that he is. I hope that he decides that his need to tell his version of the truth outweighs his need to listen to the advice of his lawyers.

Let's hope. I'm guessing that spending the past 3-4 years in jail has humbled him. But we can always hope. Getting him on the stand would be glorious!
