We really never hear any objections from the state
That lawyer is still working away at the same point? About the drugged state of Michele that day?
Someone put that attorney out of his misery.
They can yes, but apparently are not going to. This is one of my concerns with the lawyers for the State. They appear to not really be doing their job completely and with the gusto that they should be, IMO.
MOO
For those that didn't know, the prosecutor mentioned last week, that Alexis just gave birth to twins the prior week. She looks awesome for just having twins!
She also did an awesome job on the stand! She is one strong woman! Lots on her plate!

I say kudos to them. Without their sleuthing MM might not be sitting in the courtroom today and would surely get away with this crime.
And "OMG". When loading the the trial live from FOX I had a cosmetic surgery advertisement first. How very inappropiate!
If Michelle's drug induced condition was more profound than stated, what good does that do for MM. What difference does it make about Alexis telling her mom dad gave you to much medicine when MM stated that same thing to Alexis, when she questioned him that morning after finding her mom in the state she was in.
Yesterday I accidentally refreshed the livestream and the ad that ran was for Utah Cosmetic Surgery offering a 50% off sale on something....

Is Martin paying for his defense or are these court appointed lawyers?
Pro-bono, IIRC. Don't know if they were court appointed, though.
