This witness seems truly afraid of Martin. I think he is being truthful. Him testifying may have gotten him some leniency but if Martin isn't convicted Jason will be looking over his shoulder for himself and his family forever.
That wouldn't be worth lying. IMO

This is my view as well, they were not incarcerated all together, yet they all have some version of the same story....I believe them..

Does Spencer not realize that older people do often go back to college? And 27 is not old, especially when it comes to playing baseball? Really wish that Spencer would either get to his point (if he has one) or move on.

Can't you go back to college at any age? So why can't witness say he was going to try out for some college team? I thought the team players have to be a minimum age but I didn't think there was a barrier on how old you are? If you are 30 and talented as all get out why not?

I'm hoping the jury heard loud and clear that MacNeill served time after being convicted of fraud. Isn't that what the defense is hammering on and on about? That P. Can't be believed because he has committed fraud?

Agreed.... many of the local community colleges baseball players are older guys who got bigger and stronger and came back..
